RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

• If any parts of your order arrive damaged, faulty or wrong we are very  sorry about that and we are more than happy to exchange it for you or to refund the full price of the product, depending on what you do prefer. Just please make sure that the product is returned to us in the first 7 days from the moment when you have received the goods.
• 7 DAYS - NO QUESTIONS - MONEY BACK GUARANTY

If you are just not happy with something you bought from us we ll take it back and we are going to give you your money back without any questions as long as it is within 7 days of when you have receive it . The only times when we do not accept a return is when it is used or damaged by you or if the product it is returned incomplete.


If you return a product because it is something wrong with it we are going to refund you the delivery charge as well. If you return the goods just because you realise that is not good for you , but nothing is wrong with it, then we are not able to refund you the delivery charge.

HOW CAN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT:

- You can return a product by coming at our address - 34 haseldine meadows, hatfield, al10 fhb - or by posting it to our address. We are not able to support the posting cost for you , except when something is wrong with the product

The drains made to order cannot be returned or cancel except when something is faulty at them.
